Raffle Rules

Rules for the Adobe Software Bundle Raffle at the December 2, 2008, OC Flash Meeting

1. The OC Flash Manager keeps track of raffle points.
2. The OC Flash Manager is inelligable for the drawing.
3. The winner of the previous semi-annual raffle prize is inelligable for the following 12 months. However, he/she may still earn points and bestow them upon others in any manner approved by the OC Flash Manager.
4. The Grand Prize for the December 2, 2008, OC Flash meeting raffle will be any one Adobe software or software bundle worth up to $2,100.
5. The raffle tickets will be distributed at the June meeting based on points earned.
6. If a points holder cannot attend the June meeting, they may designate (in writing) someone else to attend for them.
7. If a points holder does not designate someone to fill in for them, no raffle tickets will be issued for them.
8. The OC Flash Manager will notify Adobe of the name and Adobe User Name of the winner.
9. The winner must be an Adobe Member in order to claim the prize. If they don't have an Adobe account at the time of the drawing, they may obtain one at no cost at https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/membership/index.cfm?nf=1&loc=en%5Fus.
10. The guideline for awarding raffle ticket points is as follows:

		Show Project	4
		Show Tip or Tutorial	6
		Bring Snack or Beverage to Share	2+
		Bring Someone New	5
		Refer someone who becomes an OCMMA member	10
		Assist with OC Flash meeting	1+
		Host Meeting	3
	OCFlash.Com Website
		Assist with website	5+
		Do Book Review, Software Review or Write an Article for the OCMMA mNews Newsletter	5
	Other
		Attend Official Adobe Event	1/hr 5/day max
		Attend Presentation Related to Adobe Products	1
